Not every foreclosure has surplus funds. If none exist, we’ll tell you — honestly and immediately.

Step 3 – Documentation & Filing

If funds are available, we:

  • Prepare all required documents
  • Guide you through any signatures
  • Submit filings on your behalf
  • Track your claim until resolution

You don’t need to deal with court offices, county clerks, or legal forms.

We handle it.

Step 4 – Funds Recovered

Once approved:

  • The county releases your funds
  • You receive your money
  • Our fee (30%) is paid only after recovery
